Why is it that the Sun rises but the Night falls?

Lone Feather

One day a Feather
from some medium sized bird
floated through the autumn breeze and fell on my shoulder
It asked me where its brothers were
I told it they were never coming back.

My toes are stumpy, my hair is coarse,
I graze when Im eating, and I eat like a horse.

Im partial to Pirate but choose Radio 2.

I have no friends, I'm surrounded by family,
and when Im dependent, I become very lonely.
